Ingalls has no liability for any loss, claim, or other damage that results from unauthorized access to any Information transmitted using the Site. User is solely responsible for the security of Information stored locally on the User’s computer or device as well as any email account User may use to receive and send links to the Site to transmit or receive documents.
Christian Park
Christian Park is General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer of Ingalls &Snyder. He joined the firm in 2013 after serving in a variety of compliance and legal roles during his career. Christian became a Directorof the firm in 2017.
Prior to joining the firm, Christian was with Brown Brothers Harriman and Co. as theHead of Compliance Services. Previously Christian spent 12 years at RBC Capital Markets (and Carlin Financial Group via acquisition by RBC) as Vice President and Counsel for their Prime Brokerage Services and Global Equities Divisions, and as a Director in charge of regulatory inquiries at RBC’s Compliance Department.
Christian received a B.A. from Rutgers University in Sociology, and a J.D. from Albany Law School. He has been admitted to the New York State Bar.
He and his wife, Hanna, live in Long Island with their two children.
